Numerical Algorithms Group - Product Maintenance

NAG issues new releases of its products on a regular basis. New releases will include any necessary error corrections, but are made available primarily because of enhanced functionality. Quality releases will be issued between new releases, as appropriate; these may provide increased functionality, but are mainly distributed to ensure that users are supplied with materials which have been corrected for any errors found.

In general these new releases are supplied only to customers paying for support and maintenance, as follows:

For products supplied on payment of a one-time fee, for which the optional support service has been licensed, quality and new releases are supplied free of charge
For annually licensed services both quality and new releases are supplied free of charge

In all cases, revised documentation is included as appropriate/necessary.
